What you will do

• Drive multi-threaded initiatives, from experimental features to large-scale model launches.
• Lead logistics of project planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, coordinating across various teams.
• Filter and prioritize high-impact goals, distinguishing between true fires and noise.
• Constantly evaluate the team's health and efficiency to proactively optimize shipping processes.
• Insert yourself into technical discussions and partner with senior engineers to move the platform forward.
• Work collaboratively with a distributed team of TPMs across key locations to bridge gaps and connect Gemini API and AI Studio.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City, US and possess US work authorization.
• Proven track record of driving technical programs from the trenches.
• Delivery-focused, willing to challenge processes that hinder progress.
• Experience in "vibe coding" or interactive developer environments.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where the roadmap can shift.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate deep technical constraints for stakeholders.
• Natural problem solver, identifying root causes and implementing scalable solutions.
