Location: Hybrid, Arlington, VA, USA. Willingness to travel both locally and internationally several times a quarter.

Salary: $140,000–$215,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with teams at all levels, from developers to executives, facilitating project progress.
• Drive project schedules, manage task assignments, and ensure timely delivery against the roadmap.
• Collaborate with worldwide business units to define project goals and manage expectations.
• Proactively track project status, identify critical issues, and ensure resolution.
• Lead Scrum meetings and manage daily/weekly project communication and status reporting.
• Flexibly work across time zones to coordinate and follow up on work.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Jira (query/ticket creation, board creation and facilitation).
• 10+ years of experience in program/project management for software development.
• Experience with large-scale platforms and complex inter-dependent technologies.
• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience owning a program/portfolio of products/features, scoping requirements, and planning milestones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must work effectively and professionally with cross-functional groups across divisions, worldwide, as part of a team.
• Must be able to work hybrid from Arlington, VA, USA.

• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework methodology.
