What you will do
- Own and manage a sales territory with individual quota responsibility.
- Oversee pipeline health, sales pacing, and forecasting for accurate revenue delivery.
- Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.
- Lead initiatives to improve data quality, governance, and visibility across revenue systems.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Introduce new sponsorship formats, packages, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of sales and operations experience, ideally within events, media, retail, or SaaS.
- Strong background in revenue operations, pipeline management, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Demonstrated ability to support P&L management and partner with Senior Leadership and Finance.
- Savvy in CRM systems, sales tech stack, and analytics.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
