Founding Recruiter (Technical + GTM)

Founding Recruiter (Technical + GTM): Building and scaling the talent function, initially supporting Engineering, Product, and Design teams, with an accent on end-to-end technical recruiting, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience. Focus on optimizing recruitment processes, building talent infrastructure, and partnering with executives to meet hiring needs for senior-level technical roles.

Location: Must be based in NYC with the ability to come into our office in Nomad 4 days per week

Salary: $140,000–$210,000 USD + Equity

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end hiring process for roles across Engineering, Product, Design, and potentially GTM.
• Identify and engage top active and passive talent using various platforms.
• Screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and coordinate communications.
• Refine recruitment processes and optimize pipeline efficiency using data-driven insights.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build nurturing campaigns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for senior-level SWE roles.
• 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience at a high-growth startup preferred.
• Experience sourcing for EPD positions and building relationships with talent.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple roles and taking ownership.
• Data-focused approach to pipeline health and setting hiring manager expectations.
• Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gem).
• Must be based in NYC with the ability to come into our office in Nomad 4 days per week.
