What you will do

• Identify and recruit top-tier technical and non-technical talent across multiple business units.
• Conduct research on target companies and candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other online resources.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent and maintain a strong pipeline for high-volume roles.
• Proactively source diverse candidates to expand the diversification of the talent pool.
• Drive improvements in recruiting process, quality, and efficiency.
• Organize strategic recruiting events to grow the Commerce employment brand.
• Collaborate with Recruiting teammates and People Experience (Human Resources) partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with full life-cycle recruiting, ideally for the technology industry (software, internet, or social media company preferred).
• Strong research skills, leveraging online resources (social tools, LinkedIn, Boolean search queries, etc.).
• Previous experience using a Candidate Management and/or Applicant Tracking software tool (Workday experience preferred).
• Strong interviewing skills to identify top talent.
• Comfort with emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) tools for recruitment.
• Fluent in English.
