What you will do

• Define and align marketing targets with financial KPIs for the Canadian market.
• Develop and execute tactical marketing plans, including brand positioning and media strategy.
• Localize creative materials for various channels in collaboration with external agencies.
• Propose, implement, monitor, and report on the marketing budget.
• Coordinate local and central content teams to ensure communication quality and consistency.
• Monitor competitor activities, conduct market research, and ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations.
• Lead and develop a local marketing team.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing manager position, preferably within a highly regulated industry.
• English: C1+ required (Excellent command, both verbal and written).
• Solid business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering and managing multichannel marketing campaigns.

Nice to have

• Availability for international travel and mobility is considered a plus.
