TL;DR

Senior Manager Business Development (Domain Industry): Driving revenue growth for hirify.global's Brand Safety Alliance through strategic sales, account management, and partnership acquisition within the domain name industry. Focus on identifying new growth opportunities, managing external registry relationships, and leading contractual agreements.

Location: Remote from Ontario, Canada. Occasional visits to a hirify.global office may be required for events or meetings. Ability to work flexibly to accommodate a range of time zones is required due to customer locations, which will involve out of traditional business hours work weekly. Flexibility to travel is integral to this role for attending ICANN and/or INTA meetings and other client-related travel.

Salary: CAD $128,500 – $192,500 annually

What you will do

  • Identify, establish, and manage sales channels within the domain industry, acquiring resellers, agents, and registry partners.
  • Conduct customer prospecting, strategic targeting, and outreach to meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and clients, providing product knowledge and account management.
  • Contribute to new product development and market expansion using customer feedback and market analysis.
  • Lead contractual agreements, customer negotiations, and provide mentoring to Account Management team members.
  • Leverage domain name industry knowledge to identify revenue opportunities and support marketing/PR initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in sales, account management, or product management within the domain name industry with extensive relationships.
  • Ability to establish deep relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement, launch products, and close deals.
  • Ability to work flexibly to accommodate a range of time zones is required due to customer locations.
  • Out of traditional business hours work will be required on a weekly basis.
  • Flexibility to travel is integral to this role.
