What you will do
- Manage relationships in a highly leveraged, matrixed environment with key partners.
- Develop measurable goals to drive productivity within partners and their operating units.
- Lead and participate in impactful QBRs with clear action items and follow-up.
- Achieve revenue targets and growth goals for assigned partners and their subsidiaries.
- Develop and execute partner plans, including recruiting, training, and program development.
- Facilitate communication and manage pipeline/deal flow between partner and hirify.global sales reps.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 yearsβ experience working with a Manufacturer or Partner in the Technology Industry.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent sales experience through the Channel ecosystem.
- Strong executive presence and financial acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Tenacious and aggressive βhunterβ mentality with strong critical thinking.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and travel up to 40% of the time.
