What you will do
- Develop and execute a clear partnership strategy with Banqup’s largest customer groups or organisations, aligning shared goals and ensuring mutual success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Identify and drive opportunities for co-innovation, integrating Banqup’s financial and administrative tools into partners’ ecosystems.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and partner teams to define and execute joint go-to-market strategies and customer success initiatives.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on partnership performance using data-driven insights, KPIs, and CRM dashboards.
- Lead partnership and commercial negotiations, ensuring alignment on commercial terms and shared objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership development, preferably in a SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven environment.
- Proven ability to prospect, build a pipeline, and close new strategic partnerships, especially selling complex solutions to mid-sized to large organisations.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience closing commercial and partnership agreements.
- Result-driven, comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Dutch, and French.
