Location: Hybrid role, with office attendance required 1x a week at the Mechelen hub in Belgium.

What you will do

  • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities for hirify.global’s spend management solutions.
  • Identify, research, and formalize a clear go-to-market strategy for your territory.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through collaboration with Sales Development and targeted outreach.
  • Engage with prospects through value-based conversations, supported by ROI analysis and data.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasts and ensure timely revenue delivery while keeping a long-term perspective.

Requirements

  • At least 1 previous successful experience as an Account Executive for a SaaS company (ideally in fintech or expense management).
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Possess an academic degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate natural sales hunting abilities and experience managing accounts.
  • Exhibit great social skills and a dynamic presence.
  • Ability to work flexibly and autonomously while staying connected to your team.
