What you will do

• Handle incoming Salesforce support requests, investigate issues, reproduce bugs, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes or escalations.
• Implement declarative configuration in Salesforce, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, Flows, validation rules, assignment rules, and approval processes.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs, following coding standards.
• Support integration troubleshooting between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Contribute to data quality initiatives, including deduplication, data updates, and enforcing validation and governance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, admins, engineers, and analysts to understand requirements and clarify acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce support and administration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core functionality.
• Experience with business process modeling, requirements documentation, and solution design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management principles.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, and App Builder certifications.
• Experience with integration concepts and third-party application connectivity.
