TL;DR

Go-To-Marketing Engineering Lead (CloudBlue): Design, build, and optimize systems powering revenue engine for cloud commerce platform with an accent on CRM architecture, automated workflows, and GTM stack integrations. Focus on improving pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and revenue performance through experiments and data-driven optimizations.

Location: Work from anywhere (remote opportunity, anticipated outside of Ontario)

What you will do

  • Own and optimize CRM architecture, lifecycle stages, pipeline, and attribution models
  • Build automated workflows for lead routing, scoring, nurturing, ensuring data quality and reporting
  • Integrate GTM tools via APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, or N8N
  • Manage outbound infrastructure, enrichment tools, and multi-channel campaigns
  • Develop dashboards for pipeline, funnel, LTV, and forecasting
  • Run GTM experiments, identify bottlenecks, and drive optimizations
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership for strategic insights and expansion

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • 2–5+ years in RevOps, Growth Engineering, Sales Operations, or similar
  • Strong experience with HubSpot or other CRMs
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS revenue funnels, billing, and subscription management
  • Experience with marketing automation, APIs, integrations
  • Analytical mindset, SQL or advanced spreadsheets, data enrichment, attribution
