TL;DR

Director, Sales Development (AI): Orchestrating market opportunity evaluation and leading outbound sales prospecting in the Americas region, with an accent on defining prospecting strategy, account planning, and empowering sales development managers. Focus on driving high-level internal strategies, managing performance, and innovating prospecting methods to achieve strategic outcomes.

Location: Hybrid role, requires being in the San Francisco, CA or Bellevue, WA office 2 days per week. Role is available only in the United States.

Salary: USD $96,780.00 – USD $256,680.00 /Yr (base)

What you will do

  • Define and drive prospecting strategy to identify, quantify, and qualify opportunities for hirify.global products.
  • Lead account planning with internal and external partners to prioritize targets and execute strategy.
  • Empower Sales Development Managers to coach their teams to high performance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, managing dependencies and influencing resource allocation.
  • Own interpretation and application of reports for communication and long-term strategies.
  • Drive project management for operational excellence and innovation in prospecting methods.

Requirements

  • 11+ years of experience in business development or sales (or 9+ years with a relevant Bachelor’s Degree).
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in computer science, software development, technology, or a related domain.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, market knowledge, and commercial technology.
  • Proven leadership skills in conflict resolution, persuasion, storytelling, and executive presence.
