• Architect and Scale the Team by recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top-tier Account Executives and Systems Engineers.
• Drive Predictable Revenue Growth and achieve annual bookings and new logo targets.
• Build and sustain strategic alliances with channel partner principals and leadership.
• Execute Strategic Territory Planning and provide executive-level direction on complex sales cycles.
• Foster a culture of accountability and high performance by managing team KPIs.

Requirements

• Expert-level ability to lead field sales teams within the IT infrastructure or storage industry, specifically focused on navigating the nuances of the SLED market.
• Exceptional persuasive skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions to C-suite IT leaders and public sector stakeholders.
• A proven track record of identifying high-potential talent and developing associates into top-performing sales professionals.
