What you will do
- Drive new business logos and meet or exceed monthly revenue quotas.
- Own the full sales cycle for assigned opportunities, from prospecting through close.
- Maintain a strong outbound motion through cold calling, email, and strategic outreach.
- Qualify opportunities using established sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, BANT).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and attention to detail in forecasting and CRM hygiene.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent SaaS closing experience.
- 2–4 years of B2B inside sales or account executive experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed quota in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Strong prospecting, discovery, and virtual presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English B2 required).
Nice to have
- Experience selling fleet, logistics, telematics, or operational SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated progression from SDR or junior sales roles.
- Experience managing deal sizes larger than typical transactional sales but smaller than enterprise.
