TL;DR
Sales Development Representative: Researching potential clients, connecting with and educating prospects, and qualifying leads through cold calls, emails, or social networking with an accent on scheduling demos for Account Executives and utilizing Salesforce for documentation. Focus on achieving and exceeding core metrics, quotas, and KPIs, displaying exceptional cold-call prospecting skills, and maintaining knowledge of market conditions.
Location: Hybrid, based in Tampa, FL, with required in-office attendance on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, plus additional days as needed. Daily in-office presence is required for the first month of training. This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Generate new qualified leads to grow your individual book of business.
- Identify, connect with, qualify, sort, and track leads.
- Achieve and exceed core metrics, quotas, and KPIs through proactive outreach.
- Perform cold-call prospecting using consultative phone skills.
- Utilize Salesforce for documenting activities, updating contact info, and forecasting opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities.
Requirements
- Competitive drive and an aggressive, energetic self-starter mindset for a quota-driven environment.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills via phone and email, with excellent follow-up skills.
- Experience meeting minimum call volume and/or talk-time goals.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and workload.
- Technical aptitude to successfully demonstrate and convey the value proposition of IT management software.
- Coachability, solid work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work independently.
- Must be able to work hybrid in Tampa, FL, with daily in-office training required for the first month.

Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM), SalesLoft, and other sales tools.
- Experience working in or with, or selling to, IT departments, Resellers, MSPs, and Director/C-Level IT executives.
