What you will do

• Orchestrate the full product delivery lifecycle for cross-functional R&D teams.
• Manage delivery timelines and team performance against key milestones using project tracking platforms like JIRA.
• Forecast resource needs and manage capacity planning aligned with strategic product roadmaps.
• Serve as a central communication hub, providing updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Employ advanced risk management strategies, diving deep into technical and operational details.
• Define and standardize processes, guiding teams to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, delivering complex, cross-functional programs in a high-growth tech environment.
• Deep background in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and strong technical fluency.
• Demonstrated experience with 3rd-party partner management and building productive partnerships.
• Solid experience defining and tracking project progress using industry-standard tools like JIRA.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to build strategic frameworks, standardize processes, and drive multiple programs to successful completion.
• Work authorization in the United States is required.

• Deep understanding of food delivery technology, products, and systems.
