What you will do

• Drive program plans, schedules, resource alignment, and budgets, maintaining a single source of truth.
• Orchestrate functional workstreams and track progress with dashboards to resolve blockers.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and interdependencies, including change-impact assessments.
• Partner with stakeholders on internal/external messaging, leadership updates, and change management.
• Prepare executive updates and facilitate steering forums to drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
• Codify repeatable playbooks, templates, and KPIs to improve time-to-value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience, including 5+ years in technology integrations.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional integrations spanning product and engineering.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management; comfortable influencing at C-level.
• Deep change management experience, including Day 1 readiness and organizational design impacts.
• Expertise with modern program tooling and reporting; proficiency with hirify.global products (Jira, Confluence) or equivalent.
• Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent experience.
