TL;DR

Growth Development Representative (AI): Focusing on inbound marketing follow-up and lead qualification to develop high-quality pipeline for enterprise cybersecurity solutions with an accent on utilising AI agents for research, messaging, and outreach. Focus on engaging and qualifying prospects using agentic-powered workflows and developing expertise for advancement in sales or marketing.

Location: Hybrid in Singapore (3 days in office, 2 days from home)

What you will do

  • Engage and qualify prospects using AI-powered workflows, insights, and automated intelligence.
  • Utilize AI agents to research accounts, tailor messaging, and execute high-quality outreach.
  • Activate demand by delivering personalized engagement across multiple channels.
  • Identify customer needs and map them to hirify.global solutions.
  • Develop inbound pipeline for Account Executives across assigned territories.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Marketing Ops, Product, and Sales to optimize Go-To-Market motions.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills with articulate presentation abilities.
  • Interest in learning AI sales/marketing tools, automation platforms, or data-driven workflows.
  • Professional demeanor and confidence when engaging with business executives.
  • Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and translate them into business value.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and eagerness to learn about cybersecurity.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English is a must.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to enterprise software, particularly cybersecurity, cloud platforms, or AI technologies.
  • Experience collaborating across Go-To-Market teams (Marketing, SDRs, and Account Executives).
  • A background in inbound lead generation or qualification.
