What you will do
- Own and manage the entire product lifecycle, from vision setting to roadmap, backlog, and support.
- Lead the delivery of large and complex products or services, adapting approaches and providing guidance to multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery objectives with business goals and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and practices across the organization.
- Monitor and report on product and service delivery performance, identifying and mitigating systemic risks.
- Lead initiatives to enhance communication and relationships, promoting collaboration between all parties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of experience in product management or related fields.
- Advanced expertise in the entire product management lifecycle, including strategic vision, market/user research, and Agile development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business ecosystems, enterprise applications, cloud and data center technologies, and SDLC methodologies.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Skilled in facilitating stakeholder collaboration, building trust, and effective communication across all organizational levels.
