Director, Product Management (AI): Driving innovation and commercial growth for the Audit portfolio, focusing on efficiently achieving product-market fit for new business opportunities and agentic AI experiences. Focus on integrating AI, automation, and emerging tech into audit workflows and leading the full lifecycle of idea incubation from early discovery to commercial launch.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in one of the following locations: Coppell, TX (USA), Wichita, KS (USA), or Vancouver (Canada). Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process.

Salary: $151,700.00 - $270,950.00 USD

What you will do

• Define and execute the innovation strategy for Audit within the TAA Professional Segment.
• Continuously scan the market to identify whitespace opportunities and emerging technology trends (e.g., agentic AI).
• Integrate AI, automation, and agentic systems into audit workflows to enhance professional judgment and time-to-value.
• Own the full lifecycle of idea incubation, from early discovery through prototyping, testing, and market fit analysis.
• Operate in a matrixed environment to align efforts across Product, Engineering, UX, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs such as customer engagement, adoption, and revenue potential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product roles and/or as a company founder.
• Proven track record of launching successful products and defining go-to-market strategies.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, lean startup principles, and customer-centric design.
• Familiarity with AI, data-driven platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with ability to influence at all levels.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree (MBA, MS in Innovation, or related field).
• 3+ years of managing product managers.
