What you will do

• Own the hirify.global 6 Core Platform backlog end-to-end, defining and prioritizing work aligned to platform strategy.
• Make scope, timing, and tradeoff decisions for platform capabilities without constant escalation.
• Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders, translating needs into scalable platform capabilities.
• Partner closely with Engineering and QA in a pod-based delivery model.
• Define clear acceptance criteria that enable engineering autonomy and maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.
• Own measurable outcomes for your platform domain, using data and feedback to refine priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent role.
• Experience working on platforms or shared services, not just end-user features.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS or configurable software environments.
• Strong product judgment and decision-making under ambiguity.
• Comfort saying no to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to balance customer needs with long-term platform integrity.
• Practical understanding of delivery constraints and capacity, with experience working directly with engineers and QA in an agile environment.
