What you will do

• Set the strategic vision and operating model for our Seasonal and Ages Structure, defining player experience goals and outcomes that drive long term retention and monetization.
• Establish success frameworks, analytics, and hypothesis driven content and events that translate player behavior insights into measurable business impact.
• Provide clarity through playbooks and planning ahead, aligning cross functional stakeholders of execution priorities and goals.
• Define and evolve the long term content and events roadmap, enabling innovation and differentiated player experiences that service multiple player cohorts.
• Lead a high-performing Events organization.

Requirements

• Previous work experience with free-to-play games (5+ years preferred, RPG space a bonus).
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability with attention to detail.
• Understanding of game design concepts and principles.
• Experience developing live service playbooks and seasons.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• An MBA or a Degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Finance is a plus
