What you will do

• Own and evolve the roadmap for Interac Direct, a real-time payment solution.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of product features and enhancements.
• Lead and support integrations with issuers, acquirers, and merchants.
• Write clear, detailed product requirements and user stories aligned with OKRs.
• Own the ongoing content and usability of the Issuer/Acquirer Portal, driving UI/UX improvements.
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback and optimize go-to-market plans.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management or equivalent relevant experience, ideally within payments, fintech, or platform-based environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to define and deliver complex, multi-stakeholder features end-to-end.
• Experience working with APIs, technical integrations, and performance considerations for real-time systems.
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery, backlog hygiene, and sprint planning.
• English: B2 required
