Salary: $162,400–$243,600 USD (annual US base salary range)

What you will do

• Develop the long-term vision and strategy for Payments Intelligence and Optimization products and create an execution roadmap.
• Deeply understand user needs by spending time with developers, sales, and support, and observing patterns/trends.
• Build and launch new capabilities and products that bring significant value to customers.
• Set the pace, prioritization, and execution for the team.
• Work with a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies to solve technical and product problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Operations.

Requirements

• Product Management experience: 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong business acumen to identify improvements and build product/technical solutions.
• Comfortable in front of customers or third-party collaborators with customer and partner facing experience.
• Strong operational skills, capable of designing and driving cross-functional teams and processes.
• Analytical horsepower to dig deep into data, think from user first principles, and deliver results.
• Crisp communication skills with high attention to detail for internal and external interactions.
