What you will do

• Own the analytics platform end-to-end, assessing current state, identifying gaps, and building necessary components.
• Design and build data pipelines focused on customer intelligence to identify growth, improve retention, and enable smarter business decisions.
• Analyze results, surface insights, and drive the organization to act on data-driven recommendations.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and ML teams to define measurements, their significance, and how insights are operationalized.
• Drive the technical direction for the data stack and establish best practices as the function expands.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Deep hands-on experience with data platforms and tooling, including BigQuery, Google Cloud Dataflow, Dagster, or Looker Studio.
• Strong communication skills to translate data into business decisions and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience designing data architecture and providing technical guidance to others.
