What you will do

• Design and develop hybrid IT solutions including compute, storage, network, and cloud services for Shared Services Canada.
• Collaborate with government personnel to understand mandates and technical requirements.
• Create detailed technical presentations, solution blueprints, and define deployment services.
• Provide technical leadership during the pre-implementation phase and brief engineering teams.
• Participate in infrastructure assessments and audits, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and align with best practices.
• Maintain technical certifications and stay updated with industry trends, building strategic partner relationships.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing technology infrastructure solutions.
• Extensive experience aligning SSC objectives with technology requirements and driving change in legacy infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco and major storage provider solutions, private, hybrid, and public cloud models (Azure, AWS, Google).
• Adept at building and managing relationships with customer decision makers at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex modern infrastructure concepts.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
• TS clearance is highly desired or eligibility to obtain a Secret or higher clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
