What you will do
- Oversee complex consulting engagements and provide direction to implementation teams to ensure the achievement of customers’ business outcomes.
- Contribute actively to the growth of commercial relationships as a pillar member of the account management team.
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and shape future-focused data strategies.
- Manage the transition from strategic planning to the execution phase, ensuring clients have the resources to realize their vision.
- Develop market insights and big ideas that transform client business lines and industries.
- Partner closely with sales and technical leadership teams to ensure a unified approach to client challenges.
Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in the USA and complete a criminal and credit background check to be hired.
- 15 to 20 years of experience operating as a high-level leader in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Technologist-first mindset with a deep technical foundation in digital transformation.
- A Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
- Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to stakeholders and navigate planning discussions.
- Collaborative, problem-solving mindset capable of resolving complex issues quickly in fast-paced settings.
