What you will do

• Design and implement custom solutions for enterprise clients within hirify.global's AI platform.
• Lead custom demonstrations and discovery sessions to define client business requirements and respond to RFPs.
• Analyze current state processes, data structures, and existing systems to identify optimization opportunities.
• Define future state requirements, including process optimizations, data models, and workflow configurations.
• Configure platform components like rules engines, reporting dashboards, and automation scripts.
• Document designs, configurations, and best practices, contributing to team standards and product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years in solution architecture or related roles in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record designing and implementing custom solutions in complex environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Expertise in solution design methodologies (e.g., UML diagramming) and tools.
• Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Technical certifications like TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Experience working within a legal department or with legal departments.
• Strong understanding of legal operations and industry best practices.
• Data modeling knowledge.
