What you will do
- Lead the full life-cycle hiring process for assigned roles, primarily technical.
- Locate and engage passive candidates using various sourcing techniques for current and future hiring needs.
- Foster a “referral culture” and contribute to DEI goals by building diverse talent pipelines.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing coaching and training.
- Partner with business units to understand evolving needs and industry trends.
- Plan and execute programs to enhance TA processes and promote ’s employer brand.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter working for a SaaS tech company, specifically hiring for technical roles in Eastern Europe.
- Hands-on ownership and leadership of the end-to-end hiring process.
- Proven sourcing skills with the ability to find, engage, and activate passive candidates effectively.
- Proficiency in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management/reporting.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with native level English.
Nice to have
- Experience in successfully implementing AI in hiring efforts.
- Experience working with Greenhouse.
- Experience hiring for non-tech roles, in APAC/US, or managing remote hiring processes.
- Additional languages.
- BA in Human Resources or a relevant related discipline.
