Location: Remote in Eastern Europe (Poland) for independent contractors.

What you will do

  • Lead full life-cycle hiring processes for assigned roles.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates for global technical pipelines (EMEA, APAC).
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide coaching.
  • Contribute to DEI initiatives and talent branding efforts.
  • Leverage data to inform hiring decisions and enhance TA processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter specifically hiring for technical roles in Eastern Europe.
  • Hands-on ownership of the end-to-end hiring process, including writing job descriptions, interviewing, negotiation, and managing offers.
  • Proven sourcing skills with the ability to find, engage, and activate passive candidates effectively.
  • Proficiency in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management/reporting techniques.
  • Native level English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in successfully implementing AI in hiring efforts.
  • Experience working with Greenhouse.
  • Experience managing remote hiring processes.
  • Understanding of the cloud management space.
