TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Lead: Leading a team of recruiters and driving recruitment strategies for tech and non-tech roles with an accent on improving recruitment processes and automation. Focus on managing full-cycle hiring for senior and leadership positions and leading international recruitment analysis.

Location: Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role. Klaipėda and Riga: onsite.

Salary: 3900-5300 EUR/month.

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, driving performance and fostering knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to develop and adapt recruitment strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle hiring for senior and leadership positions in a fast-changing environment.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within recruitment.
  • Lead international recruitment analysis: explore new markets, evaluate talent pools, and define hiring approaches for expansion.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience across tech and non-tech roles, ideally within digital marketing, including hiring for positions such as Co-founders, Marketing, Tech, Product, and BizDev.
  • 1+ year of experience in a team lead or similar leadership role.
  • Experience with or a strong interest in working with automation tools and improving recruitment processes.
  • Be confident, patient in working directly with senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Have proven experience in in-house recruitment.
  • Be fluent in English and Lithuanian.
