What you will do

• Own scheduling logistics across all teams and international time zones to ensure seamless interviews.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to manage complex scheduling and proactively flag conflicts.
• Leverage Ashby for scheduling, tracking, and automating workflows to improve efficiency.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to identify optimization opportunities in the hiring process.
• Drive recruiting enablement by maintaining documentation and supporting team trainings.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers to anticipate and resolve process blockers.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities with precision.
• Proactive communication style and a dependable approach to commitments.
• Tech-savvy with experience or curiosity in using recruiting tools like Ashby.
• Must be located within commuting distance of the Dublin, Ireland hub
