Salary: $37,500 - $115,500

What you will do

• Lead cross‑functional projects from planning through delivery, ensuring goals, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Support initiatives involving route optimization, service delivery improvements, automation, and new technology rollouts.
• Build and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk logs.
• Troubleshoot obstacles, evaluate options, and recommend solutions using data and insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure technical and operational requirements are met.
• Provide regular updates, summaries, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience with cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
• Strong Excel skills, including analysis, reporting, and pivots.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfort working in dynamic, changing environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar enterprise applications.
• Background in operations, supply chain, technology, or field service environments.
• Exposure to process mapping, automation efforts, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience coordinating with technical teams or external vendors.
