What you will do
- Lead cross‑functional projects from planning through delivery, ensuring goals, timelines, and deliverables are met.
- Support initiatives involving route optimization, service delivery improvements, automation, and new technology rollouts.
- Build and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk logs.
- Troubleshoot obstacles, evaluate options, and recommend solutions using data and insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure technical and operational requirements are met.
- Provide regular updates, summaries, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience with cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
- Strong Excel skills, including analysis, reporting, and pivots.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Comfort working in dynamic, changing environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar enterprise applications.
- Background in operations, supply chain, technology, or field service environments.
- Exposure to process mapping, automation efforts, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience coordinating with technical teams or external vendors.
