What you will do
- Manage project direction through design, implementation, and testing in alignment with objectives.
- Define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployments within secure enterprise environments.
- Integrate vendor tasks and monitor vendor deliverables for quality and adherence to standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, risk registers, and executive status reports.
- Serve as a primary liaison between technical teams and leadership to translate complex requirements into operational impacts.
- Monitor project progress against baselines to identify and resolve dependency conflicts.
Requirements
- Must have active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Must be available for fully onsite work in Hampton, VA.
- 6-9 years of relevant experience or commensurate background.
- Familiarity with DoD lifecycle processes, requirements management, and enterprise architecture.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
- DOD 8140 IAT II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA-Security).
Nice to have
- PMP or Agile/PMI-ACP certification.
- Technical background in networking and systems integration.
- Experience with cloud transition planning or large-scale modernization efforts.
- Knowledge of RMF processes and DoD network environments (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS).
