What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent projects under a unified program roadmap.
• Plan and implement schedules, tracking progress from initiation through delivery.
• Define and report program status, milestones, risks, issues, and success metrics.
• Manage and forecast budgets, driving cost, performance, and schedule optimization.
• Lead enhancement of high-volume, call-driving digital message templates.
• Oversee transformation of online document notifications and complete end-to-end member journey mapping.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience, with strong Agile delivery and risk management.
• 5+ years in digital messaging strategies, including personalization, journey mapping, and A/B testing.
• 4+ years in data analysis and performance measurement, defining KPIs and interpreting engagement data.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Jira for workflow management and task tracking.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Box for documentation.

• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.

• Understanding of UX principles applied to digital messaging.
