What you will do

• Optimise hirify.global’s offer to ensure competitiveness and profitability at a customer level.
• Build and maintain acquisition pricing models, including elasticity and willingness-to-pay analysis.
• Lead a data-driven test-and-learn process to continuously refine pricing logic.
• Analyse performance, draw insights, and recommend changes to improve outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of hirify.global’s acquisition pricing strategy.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and commercial teams to align pricing with customer and market dynamics.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in pricing, analytics or a similar quantitative role.
• Strong technical skills in SQL and Python for data analysis and model building.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, uplift modelling, causal inference).
• Solid understanding of commercial metrics, unit economics and cash flow models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to test hypotheses and communicate insights clearly.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for learning and improving.
