What you will do

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and develop KPIs and dashboards to track performance.
  • Monitor and report on the commercial performance, adoption, and usage of the hirify.global Connect platform.
  • Collaborate to enhance existing sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and revenue forecasts to identify opportunities for growth, customer segmentation, and cross-selling/up-selling.
  • Maintain and optimise the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and providing training support.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance) to align sales acceleration initiatives with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Looker BI, Excel/Gsheets and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and the lead-to-torevenue lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Fluency in French and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with a programming language (preferably SQL, VBA or Python).
  • Familiarity with financial products and markets.
