What you will do
- Design and execute a comprehensive framework unifying financial and non-financial risks.
- Partner with Management to shape organizational trajectory through high-level risk forecasts and strategic insights.
- Oversee capital and liquidity adequacy, ensuring alignment with BaFin and FCA standards.
- Implement data-driven assessment techniques and predictive models for risk quantification.
- Act as a senior advisor to embed a risk-aware mindset across the organization.
- Serve as the point of contact for regulators, investors, and auditors, ensuring transparent reporting.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in risk management within fintech or financial services.
- Proven ability to scale risk management practices in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Comprehensive understanding of BaFin and FCA regulatory frameworks, including ICAAP, ILAAP, and ICARA.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex risk and regulatory topics into actionable plans.
- Leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience influencing and leading cross-functional stakeholders toward strategic impact.
