What you will do

• Partner with sales leadership to identify opportunities and present actionable insights.
• Design, document, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and optimize revenue.
• Contribute to global process and workflow improvement projects to promote efficiencies.
• Participate in annual planning activities including territory mapping, quota assignment, and headcount management.
• Drive operational excellence and rigor across forecasting and other critical Go-to-Market processes.
• Work in key sales process applications including Salesforce, Tableau, and Clari.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in consulting or revenue/sales operations.
• Strong working experience with Salesforce.
• Strong experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management, planning, and organization skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in Mexico.
