Junior Account Manager

TL;DR

Location: This role is based in Munich, Germany. The position requires onsite work.

What you will do

• Manage and report on campaigns across the hirify.global ecosystem (OTT, Social, FAST), coordinating delivery with the AdOps team.
• Support direct and agency sales teams to achieve revenue targets for the media department.
• Collaborate with the business planning team to enhance data infrastructure and find new monetization opportunities.
• Participate in selected tentpole events in close cooperation with the media strategy team.
• Engage with various hirify.global functions, including content/production and commercial rights.

Requirements

• First experience in media, strategy, or commercial partnerships, ideally within the ad sales industry.
• Broad interest in sports media and data.
• Collaborative team player who contributes to initiatives and cross-functional efforts.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both German and English.
