TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Driving successful revenue growth by securing new enterprise business for cutting-edge agentic AI solutions with an accent on tendering, negotiating complex deals with C-level executives, and acting as a consultant. Focus on developing comprehensive sales strategies, advising customers on ROI, and transforming contact and call centers with AI.

Location: Hybrid remote within Europe, with expected office attendance in Berlin or Munich on certain days.

What you will do

  • Attain new logos by generating pipeline, working on tenders, and negotiating complex deals with C-level executives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Business Development, and Customer Engagement teams.
  • Become a consultant, advising customers on the ROI of hirify.global and Agentic AI solutions.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and lead workshops for customers, both digitally and on-site.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new logos within Germany.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Technology/SaaS Sales in a closing role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • In-depth understanding of industry trends, particularly digital transformation.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Native/bilingual German (spoken and written) and B2 English skills required.
  • Technical affinity and interest in the Agentic AI industry.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling in the CCaaS, AI, or Customer Experience industries.
