What you will do
- Lead and scale the Marketing Operations function, owning the systems, processes, planning, and run-the-business reporting.
- Partner tightly with Marketing leaders and stakeholders to elevate end-to-end systems and processes across lead management, funnel alignment, campaign execution, account-based marketing, and sales development.
- Own the martech roadmap: critically evaluate the current stack, identify gaps and opportunities, and drive new martech initiatives in partnership with Revenue Technology.
- Define and run the marketing operating cadence, ensuring rigorous measurement of outcomes and performance monitoring across channels.
- Support the SVP of Marketing and marketing leadership by designing and delivering crisp, executive-ready reporting on a regular cadence.
- Build, coach, and inspire a world-class Marketing Operations team through structured hiring and assessment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, with 3+ years leading people and teams.
- Deep familiarity with modern B2B SaaS go-to-market, ideally in high-growth environments.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, lead/PQL scoring, multi-touch attribution, ABX/ABM programs, CDPs, and data enrichment.
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable going from SQL or GSheets to a C-level deck.
- A builder’s mindset: enjoys designing systems and processes from first principles.
- Executive presence and influence skills: can push back when needed, build trust quickly, and align diverse stakeholders around a shared plan.
