Salary: $135,000–$195,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to understand customer challenges.
• Design technical solutions and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
• Engage with technical and executive audiences, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Solve real-world reliability and operational challenges for customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical pre-sales role.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technical proficiency with REST APIs and at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash).
• Familiarity with observability platforms, CI/CD tooling, monitoring, alerting solutions, or Terraform.
• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to explore and master new technologies.
• Work Location: Requires in-office work at least 3 days per week in our Boston office.

Nice to have

• Background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or production operations.
