What you will do
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, demonstrating AI monitoring and security capabilities.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and address technical questions during early customer engagements.
- Support customers during proof-of-concept projects to ensure measurable value realization.
- Document innovative customer use cases and contribute to technical content such as blog posts and product guides.
- Collaborate with a global, remote-first team, occasionally working outside standard hours to support customers across time zones.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States East Coast (MA, NJ, NY, FL, VA) and able to work remotely.
- 5+ years experience with enterprise software solutions and strong knowledge of AI, LLMs, and AI security vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), and DevOps tools.
- Programming and API integration skills in Python, Node.js, or similar languages.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in sales engineering, professional services, or technical support with consultative sales approach.
Nice to have
- Experience with log management, SIEM, and EDR technologies.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling.
- Moderate DevOps skills including Helm, Terraform, and cloud provider IAM.
