TL;DR

Product Marketing Director (Fintech): Driving adoption for wealth management software solutions and services, expanding the global footprint into the Americas, with an accent on developing go-to-market strategies, translating technical features into value propositions, and creating compelling marketing assets. Focus on integrated marketing campaigns, tracking performance, and aligning with sales, product, and technology teams to inform the product roadmap.

Location: Hybrid in New York, United States. This role is for hirify.global US, with the office located at 31 Hudson Yards, New York. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, defining target segments, value propositions, and messaging for new and existing product solutions.
  • Translate complex technical features into unique selling propositions to create compelling sales and marketing assets.
  • Create and maintain content for solutions and services across digital and traditional channels, including website, email, pitch decks, and case studies.
  • Drive product adoption with integrated marketing campaigns, tracking and analyzing performance to optimize for growth.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Technology, and Strategy teams to align on business objectives and inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a relevant role within the financial, technology, or wealth management industry (e.g., product marketing or product management).
  • Strong understanding of the market landscape, with experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and client research.
  • Proficiency in developing high-quality sales and marketing assets, with advanced skills in MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work authorization for the United States is required (implied by US-specific benefits and company's focus on expanding in the USA).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of using AI in marketing initiatives, including customer segmentation, personalization, content creation, and analytics.
  • Experience producing product demos, from introduction to more technical experiences.
  • Proficiency in working with designers or agencies to translate information into interactive infographics and data visualization.
