Location: This role is based remotely in Eastern Europe for independent contractors.

What you will do

  • Lead the full life-cycle hiring process for assigned technical roles.
  • Locate and engage passive candidates using various sourcing techniques.
  • Foster a “referral culture” and contribute to DEI goals by building diverse talent pipelines.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing coaching and best practices.
  • Leverage data to drive informed hiring decisions and enhance TA processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote hirify.global’s employer brand.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter for a SaaS tech company, specifically hiring for technical roles in Eastern Europe.
  • Hands-on ownership of the end-to-end hiring process, including job descriptions, interviewing, negotiation, and offer management.
  • Proven sourcing skills with the ability to find, engage, and activate passive candidates.
  • Proficiency in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with native level English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in successfully implementing AI in hiring efforts.
  • Experience working with Greenhouse.
  • Experience hiring in APAC/US.
  • Additional languages.
