What you will do
- Lead the full life-cycle hiring process for assigned technical roles.
- Locate and engage passive candidates using various sourcing techniques.
- Foster a “referral culture” and contribute to DEI goals by building diverse talent pipelines.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing coaching and best practices.
- Leverage data to drive informed hiring decisions and enhance TA processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote hirify.global’s employer brand.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter for a SaaS tech company, specifically hiring for technical roles in Eastern Europe.
- Hands-on ownership of the end-to-end hiring process, including job descriptions, interviewing, negotiation, and offer management.
- Proven sourcing skills with the ability to find, engage, and activate passive candidates.
- Proficiency in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with native level English.
