TL;DR

What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across global roles.
  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, feedback loops, and offers.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and help scale talent acquisition efforts.
  • Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding for new hires, ensuring new joiners have everything they need on Day 1.
  • Partner with the broader People team on engagement, feedback, and organizational culture projects.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment within fast-paced international environments; scale-up experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, or similar).
  • High attention to detail, especially with documentation and compliance.
  • A genuine interest in improving employee and candidate experiences.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.

Nice to have

  • Experience in onboarding and general HR tasks is a plus.
