TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Partner (AI): Leading end-to-end recruitment for a rapidly scaling AI orchestration platform with an accent on developing tailored hiring strategies and partnering with hiring managers. Location: Remote within Europe. Offices in London and Berlin. Visa sponsorship available for Germany; for other countries, you need an existing right to work.

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process and develop tailored hiring strategies.
  • Expand hirify.global’s presence in the competitive European and UK talent markets.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and provide market intelligence.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of A-players through innovative sourcing methods.
  • Ensure every candidate interaction reflects hirify.global's culture and values.
  • Enhance and document recruitment workflows for scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Europe-based with deep knowledge of the European startup talent market.
  • Over 4 years of experience hiring for rapidly scaling startups (internally or via RPO).
  • Proven track record as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on role definitions, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines.
  • English: C1+ required (company language is English).
  • Must have existing right to work in Europe (visa sponsorship for Germany possible).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Ashby ATS.
