TL;DR

Customer Success Intern (SaaS): Assisting in onboarding new customers, responding to inquiries, and monitoring engagement metrics with an accent on understanding user needs and hirify.global's offerings. Focus on supporting Customer Success Managers in report creation, tracking customer health, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for a seamless customer experience.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in Singapore, London, or Dubai and require Right to Work in the country of application.

What you will do

  • Assist in onboarding Tier 3 new customers, ensuring product and service understanding.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with timely solutions.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support Customer Success Managers in creating usage reports and tracking customer health.
  • Assist in maintaining help articles, guides, or tutorials.
  • Participate in customer feedback sessions and gather insights for product and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams for a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and ownership.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to apply a data-driven approach to performance analysis and decision-making.
  • Understanding of SaaS customer journeys, onboarding, and adoption models.
  • Right to Work in Singapore, UK, or Dubai is required.
