What you will do
- Support customers remotely by diagnosing issues and delivering effective solutions within agreed service levels.
- Build technical knowledge of our software and related technologies.
- Work closely with customers, developing an understanding of their systems and becoming a trusted technical contact.
- Participate in customer meetings, preparing reports and documentation.
- Contribute to team performance, meeting support targets and collaborating with colleagues.
- Get involved in projects and initiatives to enhance customer experience and product quality.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
- Awareness of databases such as MySQL or SQL Server.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
